Al-Khaleej lose to Al-Ahly by Seven-meter throws in Super Globe 2023

The seven-meter throws prevented Al-Khaleej from achieving fifth place in “Super Globe 2023”, after losing to the Egyptian Al-Ahly with a score of (35-34), after regular time ended with a score of (30-30).
The first half ended with Al-Khaleej leading by two goals (16-14), and in the second half Al-Ahly was able to return to the match in the last seconds, so the two teams went on to the seven-meter throws, which Al-Ahly won to achieve fifth place, while Al-Khaleej came in sixth place. Al-Khaleej player Peter won man of the match.
